Changing/Resetting Time on a CTX-28, CTX-100, CTX-670 & CIX-40 system
(For the DK14, 40, 424 or 280 systems, see instructions below)
1.) Press your extension or intercom button while listening to dial tone, then enter #652. You will hear a
confirmation tone (proceed to step 2). If you hear a fast busy, the feature code has been changed or is
not programmed.
2.) Enter the time (HHMMSS) in the 24 hour clock format.
H = Hour, M = Minute, S = Seconds, Use leading Zeros (0): 080530 = 8:05 am and 30 seconds
3.) Press # and you should hear a confirmation tone.
4.) Press SPKR and the telephone should return to idle mode
Note: The day of the week (Monday, Tuesday..etc.) is automatically set by the system.

We suggest storing Speed Dial numbers on a one touch button: use Speed Dial Codes to store more numbers.
1.) Press Program or dial #9876
2.) Press Spdial
3.) Press 1, then enter a Speed Dial Code (00~99)
4.) Enter the number to be stored in the Speed Dial bin (32 digits max.)
5.) Press Spdial to store the entry
6.) Lift and replace the handsetTo clear a number from a Station Speed Dial code
1.) Repeat the previous procedure skipping step 4To make a call using Speed Dial
1.) Lift handset
2.) Access outside line (if necessary)
3.) Press Spdial, then dial the Station or System Speed Dial NumberDid you know that your volume control will return to its default after hanging up your handset?
During a call, press the VOL UP or VOL DOWN to adjust the sound level. When you hang up the handset the volume returns to the default level. (This does not apply to when the speaker is utilized.)
